At Arohan Number Wisdom, we offer a 3-day refund policy. If more than 3 days have passed after it's delivered, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Products prone to being replaced with counterfeit items by customers

Return Process
To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return the product to the manufacturer without consulting us first.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items not in their original condition, or damaged/missing parts due to reasons other than our error

Cancellation Policy

Consultation Services

Cancellations or Rescheduling: Consultation services may only be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked time are non-refundable.

Crystal Store Products

Before Shipping: Orders for crystal products may be cancelled before the items are shipped.

After Shipping: Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

International Orders
For international orders, cancellations are possible before the shipment is dispatched. After dispatch, only refunds as per the return policy are applicable.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over ₹10,000 INR, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all orders within India, using reliable courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post for remote areas.

International Shipping
International shipping fees apply, and we use reputable couriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All shipments are insured, and the insurance cost is included in the shipping fee.

Dispatch Time
Orders typically take 4-5 days to prepare, especially if the item requires customization. Ready items are dispatched within 1-2 days.

Delivery Time
In India: 2-3 days for metro cities, 3-7 days for other regions.
International: 7-10 days.

International Shipping Policies
Orders outside India may take 30-35 days for delivery. If we face delivery issues, we will process a refund within 40-45 days.
Custom Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
Custom charges, duties, and VAT are not our responsibility. These vary by country. Contact your local customs authority for clarification. No import duty applies on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, or Europe, but check with your country for any applicable fees.
If an international order is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the customer is responsible for all customs duties and VAT. Only after the item is returned to us will a refund, minus the fees, be processed.
